Heidi Herzog is a senior-level, dynamic business development executive known for delivering business growth across both traditional and energy transition opportunities, leading high-performing business development and commercial teams and driving top line revenue performance.

Heidi was most recently Vice President of New Energies and Head of Commercial & Business Development for Vopak Americas where she was responsible for top line revenue delivery and organic & inorganic business growth for bulk liquids, gases and new energies including hydrogen, ammonia, CCS, LDES and sustainable and circular feedstocks infrastructure across the Western Hemisphere.

Prior to Vopak, Heidi held business development and origination roles at Phillips 66 where she was responsible for developing strategic growth opportunities for the Midstream business. Before Phillips 66, Heidi held roles of increasing responsibility in business development, optimization, negotiations, project management, risk management and marketing with BP, Enron, Duke Energy, Clark Refining & Marketing and Archer Daniels Midland.

Heidi holds a BA in Economics and Finance from Simpson College and an MBA from Washington University, John M. Olin School of Business. Heidi is presently an Advisory Board Director for the Women's Masters Network (WMN) and a past board member of the National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA) and the Petrochemical Feedstock Association of America (PFAA).
